Construction

The Unit has base assembly fabricated from heavy mild steel sections. The simple & sturdy design makes the units suitable for continuous operation.

Silent Features :-

1. Used for shaking Erlyn Meyer Conical Flasks with S.S Lotus Clamps.
2. Incorporated with heavy duty AC Brushless motor & gear box arrangement with variable Frequency drive (VFD) to control the orbital motion speed from 20 to 250 RPM.
3. The shaking assembly comprises of heavy duty Six Bearing & Shaft Assembly.
4. These shakers are sturdy & specifically designed for continuous heavy duty operation In production facilities.
5. Universal Plate form to accommodate Variable sizes of conical flasks.
6. Plate form size : 24" X 24".
7. Provided with Digital RPM Indicator & Digital Timer upto 999 min.
8. Unit works on 230 V AC, 50 Hz. Supply or 440 3 Phase Supply.
